We recommend that you carefully pack the articles to be repaired and send them to us by parcel post insured or UPS.  Upon receipt of the items we shall examine them carefully and send you an estimate of the cost of restoration.  Please be sure to include all of your contact information with your item.

We charge based on the amount of work needed to be done and not on the value of the piece. Our minimum charge is $65, and the estimate is always free. If you choose to have the work done, we require a 50% deposit before we start on your piece.

Some items take more time then others, so please be patient. Glass is done in our glass studio and needs to be sent out, this usually takes a little longer. Most other items are done here on premises.
